            Eric J. Warner is the founder of the Law Office of Eric J. Warner, LLC. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2007), New York (2007), and Pennsylvania (2012), as well as the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Warner earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law–Newark, where he served as Managing Notes & Comments Editor of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review and received the Dean's Merit Scholarship. He also earned a Master of European Studies from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts from Bard College. Mr. Warner is fluent in German.

           Following law school, Mr. Warner clerked for the Honorable Howard H. Kestin, P.J.A.D., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, where he assisted in the preparation of opinions, including the published decision Owens v. Feigin, 394 N.J. Super. 85 (App. Div. 2007).

           Since entering private practice, Mr. Warner has represented individuals, businesses, and professionals in complex civil, criminal, commercial, and family law matters from inception through trial, settlement, and appeal. He has also served as an editor and contributor for Thomson Reuters legal publications.
